We will store all the personal information you provide on our secure servers for up to 5 years. All electronic transactions you make to or receive from us will be encrypted using SSL technology. Hard copies of personal information will be destroyed within 1 month of the completion of a course or activity.
Personal information pertaining to Children under 16 years old will be deleted within 30 of the completion of their activity or course.
The only exceptions being; In the event of an accident or incident where a formal report has been drafted we must by law retain personal information for up to 5 years. These will be kept locked and in secure premises.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. We will not ask you for your password.

We may update this privacy policy from time-to-time by posting a new version on our website. You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes.
We may also notify you of changes to our privacy policy by email.

You have the right to be informed about the personal information we hold about you. You can request that the information we hold about you is modified or removed from our system. Provision of such information may be subject to the payment of a fee.
