Awakening The Soul (Yoga | BBQ Camp | Hike )

Awakening The Soul is a conceptual event for refreshing your mind and soul with different kinds of activities like Yoga, Sound healing, Free flow dance, Camping Under the Sky, Bonfire talk, and Hike. This event helps to free you from stress, anxiety, and distraction due to working under high-level of stress and other like family and relationships. Come with your free mind and soul to feel the flow of energy and positive vibes. We meet by 6:30 Pm at the location and set up Our Camp then start BBQ preparation, participants are also welcome to experience preparing and serving the food. Once dinner finishes we will gather for Free flow dance powered by Bollypop to burn and feel the energy with the support of the music of freedom. Finally, end up with bonfire talk then all the lights shut down by 11 Pm.

Let’s wake up with full energy to experience yoga and sound healing then let’s laugh together then have breakfast and go for a dune hike to the hidden forest in the middle of the desert. Yoga is powered by Satyug Yoga includes Pranayama, Kapalpathi, ChalanaKriya, Sun salutation, Traditional Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing, and Laughing Yoga. Led by Dr. Santhosh an Indian yoga artist since 1998, Santanu is known as a “Satyug Yoga Artist”. Very young age, he started learning Ashtanga yoga from various regions of India and had twice participated in the International Yoga Championship. He traveled to different places in India and the middle east to experience the “Yogic Path” toward humanity, mind, body, and soul. He finds himself on this journey. He has experience spanning over 12+ years of teaching yoga to IT- Professionals, Corporate employees, Students, Kids, and Couples. He strongly practices  “Satyug Yoga” which combines Asanas, Pranayama, Kriyas, Basic Meditation, Ayurveda, BMI, Stress Management, Muscle toning, Correct food regimen, and Sound Healing. It’s great for professionals and all levels.

What to Bring 

• 2-3 liters of water (Re-Usable Bottles ) Water refill facility available
• Tent, Lite blanket & Pillow
• Yoga Mat
• A Small backpack with shoulder and waist straps
• Hiking Shoe
• Sun protection – Hat, Sun cream, sunglasses.
• Wear a breathable T-shirt and bottom & one extra T-shirt for change
• Small Towel
• Wipes & Tissue Roll

48 hours 50% refund, 24 hours no refund, and prior 2 days you may join another activity or full refund.
Transportation:
Anybody can come in their own car or transportation available at a particular pickup point
